The Superintendent 1 plans and executes all aspects of healthcare construction projects, focusing on safety, quality, and timely completion. They manage subcontractors, oversee site logistics, and coordinate schedules and budgets in collaboration with project managers.
Candidates need a high school diploma (Bachelor's degree preferred) and at least 3 years of construction experience, including 1 year of field supervision. Physical ability to lift 50 pounds and work in extreme weather conditions is required.

The Superintendent 1 will help plan, manage and execute all aspects of assigned projects. This position will be responsible for managing material and equipment, assisting with people management, ensuring documentation is complete and meeting project goals to achieve timely and profitable completion of each project. All activities will be performed in support of the strategy, vision and values of JE Dunn.
