The Trade Foreman 2 supervises construction crews and manages subcontractors to ensure routine and non-routine projects are completed efficiently. They are responsible for coordinating resources, implementing safety plans, and applying Lean principles to optimize project productivity.
Candidates must have a high school diploma and at least 3 years of commercial construction experience, including 2 years of field supervision. Proficiency in reading plans, MS Office, and the ability to perform physical labor up to 50 pounds are required.

The Trade Foreman 2 will support construction activities for routine and non-routine projects and ensure that the planned work is performed efficiently and effectively by the crew. This position will be responsible for completing tasks personally and supervising a crew as a working foreman. All activities will be performed in support of the strategy, vision and values of JE Dunn.
