Requires a Class I Building Environmental Systems Operator or Power Engineer certification and a G1 Gas Technician or 4th Class Power Engineer license. Candidates must have 5 years of continuous experience and a valid Class 5 driver's license.

Provides technical and operational advice to Facilities Management staff and coordinates and oversees work performed by contractors. The salary range for this position is between $53,000 and $74,500 annually.
