The Transportation Supervisor manages carrier performance, service opportunities, and Return to Vendor processes to ensure efficient product flow. They also act as a cross-functional liaison to support store operations while utilizing data to drive continuous improvement.
Candidates should have 3-5 years of experience in transportation operations and a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Strong leadership, organizational, and analytical skills are required, along with proficiency in Excel, WMS, and TMS systems.
The Transportation Supervisor coordinates transportation customer service and carrier relations across all North American fascias. This role manages service opportunities, carrier performance, claims, loss prevention, and Return to Vendor (RTV) processes. Acting as a cross-functional liaison, this position supports new store openings, remodels, and closures, while utilizing data tracking to continuously improve operational efficiency.
