Lead and oversee the Utilities Department, managing a team of 20+ professionals to deliver Right of Way projects. Serve as the primary liaison between clients, government agencies, and internal stakeholders to ensure operational performance and project quality.
Requires a minimum of 8 years of experience in Right of Way services and extensive expertise in landowner negotiations and project management. A high school diploma is required, while a bachelor's degree and professional certifications are preferred.

Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Director to lead and oversee our Utilities Department for Right of Way projects, client relationships, and operational performance. This executive-level role is responsible for managing project delivery, leading a team of Project Managers and Acquisition Specialists, and serving as a key liaison between clients, government agencies, property owners, and internal stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills, extensive Right of Way experience, and a proven ability to manage complex projects while maintaining exceptional client service and team performance.
