The Resident Assistant provides personal care and related services to residents based on individualized service and care plans. Key duties include monitoring vital signs, assisting with daily living activities, and maintaining a safe, clean environment.
Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and at least six months of caregiving experience, preferably with the elderly. Required certifications include a medication management course and CPR certification within 90 days of hire.
We are seeking a Resident Assistant. The Resident Assistant provides personal care and related services to residents according to individualized service and care plans. Works under the direction of the Healthcare Coordinator. Certification as a Nurse’s Aide is preferred but not required.
