The Store Manager is responsible for driving turnover to achieve targets and managing stock losses to minimize shrinkage. They also oversee people management, including recruitment and staff development, while ensuring store presentation and customer satisfaction standards are met.
Candidates must have a Matric/Grade 12 qualification and at least 2 years of fashion retail management experience. A proven track record in stock take results, strong leadership skills, and exceptional people skills are required.
