Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and moderate experience working with children. Additionally, they must meet specific educational benchmarks such as an AA/AS degree, 60 semester credits, or passing the MN Parapro Test.

These programs offer enriching opportunities that celebrate youth with diverse interests, talents, and perspectives.
As a Special Needs Child Care Assistant, you will provide individualized and group-based support to students with special needs, ensuring their successful participation in program activities. This role includes modeling and encouraging appropriate behavior, communication, and dress while supporting the students' engagement and development in a safe and inclusive environment.
