Provide technical and programmatic advisory support for scaled hypersonic vehicle concepts and low-cost flight demonstrations. Lead independent technical assessments including requirements traceability, milestone reviews, and trajectory analysis oversight.
Requires over 20 years of DoD missile or hypersonic systems engineering experience and a BS in a related engineering field. Must possess an active TS clearance with SCI/SAP eligibility and demonstrated director-level leadership on major defense programs.

Position Summary
IWV seeks a senior hypersonics test and systems engineering SME to provide SETA/A&AS support to the OUSD SHY scaled hypersonics effort. The role anchors technical planning, independent assessment for low-cost hypersonic vehicle development and demonstration. Ideal candidate brings decades of DoD missile/hypersonic T&E leadership and government-side program management credibility.
