Position Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer support while managing various administrative tasks. This role requires excellent organizational skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule: Part-Time; Weekdays and Saturdays, Combination of Mornings and Evenings

Key Responsibilities:

As the face of Inver Grove Toyota, you will set the tone for every customer who walks through our doors or calls our team. Your primary duties will include:

• Greeting Guests: Welcoming customers with a warm, professional smile and directing them to the appropriate department (Sales, Service, or Parts).
• Managing the Switchboard: Answering multi-line incoming phone calls efficiently, screening inquiries, and routing them to the correct team member.
• Showroom Upkeep: Ensuring the guest waiting lounge and front desk areas remain tidy, welcoming, and fully stocked with refreshments.
• Administrative Support: Assisting the sales and finance teams with basic data entry, filing, scanning, and mail distribution as needed.

• Multi-tasker: Ability to stay organized and calm under pressure in a bustling environment.
• Tech Savvy: Basic familiarity with computer systems, spreadsheets, and multi-line phone networks (dealership software experience is a plus, but we will train the right person!).
• Reliable & Punctual: A dependable team player who understands the importance of being on time.

Compensation and Benefits:

· Salary: Starting at $18.50 an hour based on experience
