The paraprofessional assists teachers with classroom organization, management, and the delivery of lessons through small group or individual instruction. They are responsible for attending to students' academic, emotional, and physical needs while performing various clerical tasks.
Candidates must possess an associate's degree, with a bachelor's degree in child development or a related field being advantageous. Experience working with children and students with special needs is required.

Job Summary
The paraprofessional is an educational worker who assists teachers with classroom management and organization. The paraprofessional provides a positive and nurturing guide for students and attends to their physical, personal, academic, and emotional needs.
