Provide high-level administrative and operational support to the Commercial Director, including calendar and travel management. Act as the primary liaison between the Director and internal and external stakeholders while maintaining strict confidentiality.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and 5-8 years of experience as an Executive or Personal Assistant. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience in industrial sectors like Oil & Gas or Engineering is preferred.
