The Manager of Hauling Operations oversees day-to-day depot activities, including routing, labor planning, and productivity tracking. They are responsible for ensuring safety compliance, managing personnel, and optimizing equipment utilization to meet budget goals.
Candidates need 7-10 years of experience in transportation or solid waste operations, including at least 3 years of supervisory experience. An associate's degree or a high school diploma with additional relevant experience is required, along with proficiency in managing unionized labor.

The Manager of Hauling Operations manages the assigned scope of responsibility within a line of business and/or at specific site within a market. May be assigned single or multiple depots, building facilities, expense management, operations staff to maintain and ensure safe performance and productivity metrics and processes.
