Requires a minimum of 2 years of experience on the agency side of employee benefits insurance. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and possess strong organizational and communication skills.

This role is ideal for someone who can walk in the agent’s shoes, understands the day-to-day challenges faced by producers, account managers, and service teams, and is motivated to help create solutions that make everyone’s job easier.
