Manage day-to-day accounting operations including the full accounting cycle, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. Maintain accurate financial records, perform monthly reconciliations, and implement internal financial controls.
Requires at least 2 years of experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper and a degree in Accounting or Finance. Proficiency in QuickBooks Online, Bill.com, Stripe, and advanced Excel is essential.

The Role
We are seeking an experienced and highly detail-oriented Full Charge Bookkeeper to manage the day-to-day accounting and financial operations for Inspira Education Group. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing all financial transactions, managing accounts payable, and sending invoices/contracts. This role requires a high degree of autonomy, integrity, and a strong understanding of accounting principles.
What You'll Do
Qualifications
The salary for this role is $60,000 base with a $10,000 bonus. Actual salary is dependent upon several factors, including the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and geographic location. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive will be finalized at the offer. The pay range is subject to the discretion of the Company.
