The Senior Account Manager oversees the entire project lifecycle, from scope development to completion, while managing internal teams and client relationships. They are responsible for driving revenue growth, meeting sales goals, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction through effective coordination and communication.
Candidates must have prior account management experience within the contract furniture industry and proficiency in project management and RFP processes. Strong organizational, communication, and technical skills in Microsoft Office and design software are required to succeed in this fast-paced environment.
