Support the design, delivery, and evaluation of innovative care delivery models across Alberta's health system. Coordinate projects and partnerships while managing data collection and performance reporting to drive system transformation.

The Opportunity
As a Business Partner, Care Delivery Innovation, you will support the advancement of innovative models of care across Alberta's health system. This role is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the design, delivery, coordination, and evaluation of programs and partnerships that improve health outcomes and drive system transformation.
As a key member of the Health Innovation team, you will work closely with healthcare providers, government partners, industry representatives, researchers, and other stakeholders to support program execution, performance measurement, stakeholder engagement, and strategic initiatives that enable innovation in care delivery across the province.

The minimum salary for this position is $77,500 annually.
