Deliver high-quality, instructor-led technical training across classroom, virtual, and hybrid environments to build practical job-ready skills. Responsible for preparing lab environments, maintaining subject matter expertise, and partnering with the Learning & Technology team to improve course quality.
Requires 3+ years of experience in technical training with expertise in Microsoft technologies or CompTIA certification domains. Candidates must possess strong presentation skills and the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse learners.
Technical Training Specialist
The Technical Training Specialist delivers high-quality, instructor-led technical training that helps learners build practical, job-ready skills they can apply immediately. This role is responsible for preparing and facilitating technical courses, validating lab environments, supporting learner success, maintaining technical subject matter expertise, and partnering within the Learning & Technology team to continuously improve course quality and delivery.
