Applicants must be at least 18 years old, literate in Microsoft Office, and comfortable working on ladders or catwalks. Strong communication skills and the ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, are required.

Hourly Rate: $17.62
This position is an on-campus, part-time, up-to 19-hours per week appointment based in Champaign, Illinois.

The Stagehand is responsible for assisting with the set-up and tear-down of sets, props, lighting, and sound equipment for live performances and other events. Works closely with production crews and performers to ensure the smooth execution of shows and events. This is a physical labor-intensive position.
The Stagehand is an appointment on a schedule established by the Theatre Director. The position involves good communication and teamwork skills and ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
