• Hourly: 26.54 to start (per CBA) 
• Vacancies: 3 positions available

Position Summary

Machine Operators are essential to daily production operations at IMT Precision. This specialized role is responsible for final product inspection, measurement, traceability recording, and packaging (including product protection, loading onto pallets, and banding). While no prior experience is required, successful candidates must demonstrate strong attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work rotating shifts. All training is provided on the job to ensure success and growth in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. 

About You

At our company, we are looking for exceptional individuals who can meet the following criteria: 

• Ability to work rotating shifts and stand for extended periods. 
• Follow standard work instructions and quality procedures. 
• Adapt to a fast-paced production environment. 
• Maintain focus while performing repetitive tasks and detailed inspections. 
• Work independently and as part of a team. 

Education & Experience

• Education: Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) 
• Experience: None required – full training will be provided 

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge: Understanding of basic manufacturing processes (taught during training); basic knowledge of workplace safety and equipment operation; familiarity with measurement tools and visual inspection. 
• Skills & Abilities: Strong attention to detail to identify quality issues; basic math and measurement skills; good hand-eye coordination; strong communication and teamwork abilities; willingness to learn and take direction; computer literacy for basic functions (data entry, label printing, traceability recording).
