Impireum® is redefining behavioral health by integrating psychiatry, therapy, and wellness into one scalable, outcomes-driven model.
We are a multi-state outpatient psychiatry and neuro-wellness organization built to solve one of healthcare’s biggest challenges: access to high-quality, coordinated mental health care. Our model is designed not just for patients—but for the systems, employers, and networks responsible for them.
Impireum delivers comprehensive services across the lifespan, including psychiatric evaluation and medication management, psychotherapy, ADHD testing, and advanced interventions such as Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) and Neurofeedback. Beyond traditional care, we integrate wellness services including IV therapy, injections, weight loss and hormone optimization, body contouring, and aesthetic treatments—creating a true Neuro-Wellness ecosystem.
This integrated approach allows us to address both the clinical and functional drivers of mental health, improving patient engagement, outcomes, and long-term stability.
We partner with VA Community Care networks, employers, hospitals, and healthcare systems to expand access, reduce wait times, and deliver coordinated outpatient behavioral health at scale. Our infrastructure is designed to support high-volume referral pathways, seamless care transitions, and multi-state access—ensuring reliability where it matters most.
Impireum is not a traditional clinic model. We are a strategic behavioral health partner—focused on measurable outcomes, operational efficiency, and long-term system alignment.
For organizations seeking a dependable, scalable, and forward-thinking mental health partner, Impireum delivers.
We are actively expanding and building partnership
