The Warehouse Team Lead is responsible for picking and loading beverage cases, wrapping skids, and ensuring accurate order fulfillment. They also provide direction to teammates and assist the Warehouse Supervisor with operational tasks.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess basic computer skills, leadership abilities, and the physical capacity to lift up to 165 pounds. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, along with experience operating a forklift.

The minimum compensation for this role is listed below; pay will be determined based on experience:
$20.25/hour
Eat. Sleep. Move Beer. Repeat: Our 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Leads work full-time, Monday-Thursday afternoons (That's right...a 3-day weekend!) from 3:00pm until all orders for the next day have been picked and our delivery trucks are fully loaded with beverages. We take great pride in choosing Team Leads who can handle the hard work, show a positive attitude, display leadership skills, and work great with a team.
