The Operations & Revenue Cycle Manager will oversee daily administrative operations, including office workflows, compliance, and staff management. They are also responsible for managing the full revenue cycle, from insurance billing and claim submission to resolving denials and monitoring financial performance.
Candidates must have at least three years of healthcare administration experience, specifically with medical billing, insurance claims, and provider credentialing. Proficiency in behavioral health operations, electronic health record systems, and knowledge of government and commercial payers is required.

Position Summary
Imagine Therapy is seeking a highly motivated Operations & Revenue Cycle Manager to oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of our growing behavioral health practice. This individual will be responsible for ensuring the office runs efficiently while managing provider credentialing, insurance billing, revenue cycle management, compliance, and administrative staff.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys creating systems, solving problems, improving processes, and taking ownership of operational success. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to helping our organization provide exceptional behavioral health services to the community.
