Drive manufacturing process improvements to reduce variance and costs while optimizing cycle time and throughput for precision components. Design and implement automation, robotics, and AI-enabled tools to improve safety, yield, and scalability.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Materials Science and at least 5 years of experience in a precision manufacturing environment. Must be proficient in Lean Six Sigma methodologies and have experience with manufacturing documentation and automation systems.
