The PMHNP-BC will conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, diagnose conditions, and provide medication management for children, adolescents, and adults. They will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of therapists and providers to develop and monitor individualized treatment plans.
Candidates must hold an active Florida APRN license, PMHNP-BC certification, and a Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing. Active DEA registration and proficiency in DSM-5 diagnostic criteria are also required.

Icare Mental & Behavioral Wellness is a growing outpatient mental health and behavioral wellness practice in Miami, Florida, dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based, and personalized care to children, adolescents, adults, and families. Our services include psychiatric evaluations, medication management, psychotherapy coordination, ABA referrals, wellness support, and integrated behavioral health services.
We are seeking a dedicated and clinically skilled Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, PMHNP-BC to join our multidisciplinary team.
Position Summary
The PMHNP-BC will provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, medication management, treatment planning, and ongoing follow-up care for patients with a wide range of psychiatric and behavioral health conditions. The ideal candidate will be compassionate, professional, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with diverse populations in both telehealth and in-office settings.
This role requires strong clinical judgment, excellent documentation skills, and the ability to collaborate with therapists, ABA providers, case managers, primary care providers, and families when clinically appropriate.
