  • Coordinate cross-functional work and rapid studies across the Energy Systems organization.
  • Identify gaps in interface definitions and collaborate with subsystem teams to ensure consistent expectations, requirements alignment, and clear communication paths.
  • Support Energy Systems teams in completing project development deliverables by applying strong program and project management skills to close gaps.
  • Support integration of all high-voltage (HV) components into the HV Bus Architecture, covering mechanical and electrical interfaces and associated requirements.
  • Own and maintain HV and supporting LV bus specification documents, ensuring accuracy and version control.
  • Own the HV mechanization diagram and keep it updated throughout the program lifecycle.
  • Provide technical expertise in integrating power electronics into the HV bus architecture.
  • Support and help manage weekly Energy Systems kickoff meetings, including agenda preparation and follow-up actions.
  • Collaborate effectively within a high-performing Energy Systems team and with cross-functional partners such as vehicle engineering, manufacturing, safety, and suppliers.
  • Adapt to changing work packages, program priorities, and development phases across the vehicle lifecycle.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • 3–10 years of experience in automotive, energy systems, or related engineering roles involving system integration.
  • Strong understanding of high-voltage (HV) systems, including batteries, power electronics, and HV safety requirements.
  • Provide strong expertise in integrating power electronics into the HV bus.
  • Experience with multi-disciplinary system integration, including mechanical, electrical, and software interfaces.
  • Proven ability to work across cross-functional teams and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced development environment.
  • Familiarity with vehicle architecture, HV/LV systems, and energy management concepts.
