You will serve as the primary point of contact for the user community, answering inquiries via email and app stores while troubleshooting technical issues. Additionally, you will document bugs, maintain help articles, and provide user feedback to the product and development teams.
You must be an enrolled student residing in or near Munich with a strong interest in hunting and nature conservation. Proficiency in both German and English is required, along with a tech-savvy mindset and an empathetic, patient approach to customer service.

Mit MyHunt / Jagdgefährte bauen wir die App, die Jäger:innen, Reviermanager:innen und Naturschützer:innen durch die gesamte Jagd begleitet – von der Planung über die Revierarbeit bis zur Dokumentation von Strecke, Wildbestand und Biodiversität. Hunderttausende Jäger:innen in Europa gehören zu unserer Community, und wir skalieren gerade international.
Damit sich unsere Nutzer:innen bei jedem Anliegen gut aufgehoben fühlen, suchen wir dich: als Werkstudent:in im Customer Support, 20 Stunden pro Woche, vor Ort in unserem Münchner Office.
Und damit das klar ist: Diese Rolle ist mehr als Tickets abarbeiten. Du bist die Stimme unserer Nutzer:innen im Team – was dir im Support auffällt, landet direkt bei Produkt und Entwicklung.
