Huddle Up is the accountable partner for special education related services. Most districts do not have a staffing problem so much as a complexity problem: too many vendors, no standardization, and demand that peaks and dips unpredictably. We close that gap. We plan, recruit, employ, deliver, and document speech, occupational therapy, school psychology, and mental health as one integrated program, staffed by our (W-2) providers who stay with students year after year. The result is more mandated minutes delivered, cleaner compliance and reporting, and far less for your team to manage. Across 100+ districts nationwide, we have delivered more than a million sessions over eleven years with a 96% provider retention rate. We start with a diagnosis of how your program actually runs, then build around what we find, so you can fill the gap today and stand up the system for tomorrow.
