Manage a portfolio of mid-level donors to improve retention and increase giving through personalized outreach and stewardship. Collaborate with the fundraising team to draft donor-centered communications and maintain accurate records in Salesforce.
Requires a post-secondary education in fundraising, communications, or a related field with at least 3 years of experience in donor relations or CRM. Must possess strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Annual Giving, the Donor Relations Specialist plays a key role in strengthening relationships with donors and supporting long-term fundraising outcomes.
This role is responsible for managing a portfolio of mid-level donors, while also contributing to a consistent and thoughtful stewardship experience across the broader donor community.
Through personalized outreach, donor recognition, responsive communication, and relationship-building, the Donor Relations Specialist helps improve donor retention, increase engagement, and support upgrades in giving.
This position is remote or hybrid (with occasional travel as required) and requires strong autonomy, organization, and comfort working independently while staying closely connected to a collaborative fundraising team.
