The Collections Specialist manages accounts receivable and ensures the timely collection of outstanding payments while maintaining client relationships. They also collaborate with internal teams to resolve payment disputes and provide performance reports on aging accounts.
Candidates must have at least two years of experience in collections or accounts receivable and possess strong communication and negotiation skills. An associate degree or equivalent technical training is required, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software.

Salary Range: $24.00 - $26.00/hr.
We are seeking a meticulous and results-driven Collections Specialist to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing accounts receivable, ensuring timely collection of outstanding payments, and maintaining excellent relationships with our clients. The role will collaborate closely with Operations, Sales, Billing, Cash Application, and other Finance teams. Your expertise will help streamline our collections process and mitigate financial risks.
