Requires a Juris Doctor (JD) and at least 6 years of experience in a law department, law firm, or government agency. Must have significant expertise in US sanctions laws, AML regulations, and knowledge of compliance IT systems like SAP or Salesforce.

Reporting directly to the Vice President and General Counsel, Regulatory, the Assistant General Counsel will be a trusted partner and key advisor for our Sanctions Compliance program’s compliance with sanctions regulations of the United States (Office of Foreign Assets Control (“OFAC”) and other agencies) and maintaining an effective sanctions compliance program throughout the Company. They will advise on business strategy, in addition to the calibration of integrated compliance systems and digital tools to support and guide the businesses on how to best grow our product portfolios internationally. This role will also be a partner to Honeywell’s Export, Anti-Money Laundering (“AML”), and CFIUS teams
You will work out of our Washington, DC or Charlotte, NC office on a hybrid schedule.
