Full job description
As a Sr Field Service Technician for Honeywell Technologies, you will play a critical role in delivering expert technical service and support to our customers in all areas of the business including HVAC Controls, Security and Fire Alarm systems. You will be responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing complex building automation systems to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
You will report directly to our Senior Field Service Supervisor. Travel is required daily, overnight stays may be required, mostly in MN and surrounding states. You will follow a Monday through Friday schedule based on your customer needs (7AM-3:30PM or 8AM-4:30PM). You will be provided with a company vehicle, gas card, tools, phone, laptop, expense card, and all PPE required.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of Honeywell building automation systems and related equipment.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues on-site to minimize downtime and maximize system performance.
Collaborate with internal teams and customers to provide technical support and ensure customer satisfaction.
Document service activities and maintain accurate records of work performed.
Support continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback and suggestions based on field experience.
