The Regional General Manager is responsible for driving growth and delivery within an assigned region by managing the P&L and achieving annual operating plan targets. Candidates must have over 8 years of experience in business management, sales, or operations, with a proven track record of delivering financial performance for an independent line of business. Strong financial knowledge of balance sheets and P&L, along with experience in leadership and succession planning, is required.
As a Regional General Manager of the Global Business Enterprise (GBE) here at Honeywell, you will be accountable for owning the effective growth and delivery of an assigned region. Your primary objective will be to achieve annual operating plan targets through a continuous improvement process that positions the business for high-performance outcomes. You will focus on stabilizing processes, implementing a robust operating system, and developing and maintaining executive relationships within the industry and regions of responsibility.
You will report directly to our VPGM BA GC, and you’ll work out of our Shanghai location on a Hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will have a significant impact on the growth and success of Honeywell by achieving business objectives, formulating growth strategies, driving innovation, and guiding a high-performing team. You will be accountable for owning the regional profit and loss (P&L) for the GBE Projects business and delivering on top-line revenue and EBITDA targets. Your focus will be on building a robust management operating system, establishing efficient processes, enhancing operational productivity, cost management, and profitability. Additionally, you will work closely with the Offering Management team to define branding and market penetration strategies for the region and enhance market demand for offerings.
