The General Manager will lead the strategic direction and operational execution of the semiconductor business to drive growth and financial results. They will coordinate across business groups to build enterprise value propositions and foster key global customer relationships.
Candidates must have 8+ years of leadership experience in business management or sales within the semiconductor or high-tech industries. A proven track record of delivering growth, strong P&L understanding, and the ability to collaborate across global cultures are essential.
In this role, you will impact the success and expansion of Honeywell’s semiconductor business by establishing robust business plans, fostering key customer relationships, and leading a high-performing team to deliver market-leading solutions and financial results.
A critical aspect of the role is to coordinate across all Strategic Business Groups (SBGs) to build an enterprise value proposition for Semiconductor customers and develop integrated sales opportunities across SBGs.
Semiconductor opportunities are present globally but are primarily weighted into two regions: East Asia (especially in Korea, Taiwan, China, Singapore) and the United States. This role also requires ability to work well across global cultures and time zones and collaborate well with multiple functions.
You will report directly to the Chief Commercial Officer of Industrial Automation, given IA’s Industrial Measurement & Control business is the largest portion today and IA serves as the lead business fronting the enterprise’s efforts in Semiconductor customers. The role will be based in one of Honeywell Technologies’ US hub locations on a Hybrid work schedule.
