The Quality Engineering Manager will lead quality initiatives, ensure compliance with aerospace standards, and manage cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement. They are responsible for developing talent, fostering an inclusive culture, and maintaining high product quality standards across the organization.
Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience in aerospace manufacturing or quality engineering and 3-5 years of leadership experience. A bachelor's degree in a technical discipline is required, along with U.S. person status for export control compliance.
