Conduct in-home speech-language evaluations and implement individualized treatment plans for communication, cognition, voice, and swallowing disorders. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals and educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic strategies.
Requires a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, an active California SLP license, and current CPR certification. Candidates must have at least one year of experience and a valid driver's license for 100% travel within the service region.

We use a matrix of Medi-Cal, Medicare and targeted health programs to find solutions that work for our clients.
Who You Are: You are a motivated Speech Therapist who shares our vision of delivering home care. You treat patients in a caring and compassionate manner and help them achieve their goals of staying in their own home whilst receiving treatment.
Travel: This role comprises 100% travel within our service region. You will be traveling to patients’ homes.
Service Region: We have several counties that we service across Northern California specifically Butte County, Shasta County and Yuba Sutter counties and surrounding areas such as Colusa, Glenn and Tehama.
Schedule: This is a Part-time role, with the possibility of expanded hours in the future.
