Direct the overall operations of the Social Service Department to ensure residents maintain the highest level of physical and mental well-being. Responsibilities include psychosocial services, care planning, and coordinating interventions between residents, families, and physicians.
Requires a 4-year degree and a valid Social Worker license in the State of Texas. Preference is given to candidates with at least 2 years of experience in a hospital or long-term care facility.

Assist in planning, organizing, implementing, evaluating and directing the overall operation of the Social Service Department. The Social Worker will provide medically related social work services so that each resident may attain or maintain the highest practicable level of physical, mental and psychosocial well-being.
· 4 year Degree
· Social Worker License
· At least 2 years experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility or Hospital
· Social Worker License
