The Production Engineer optimizes processes and equipment to ensure high yield and Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE) while managing production resources. They are responsible for troubleshooting machinery, creating SOPs, and ensuring compliance with safety and 5S3R standards.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field. The role requires 1-3+ years of experience in production technology and knowledge of Six Sigma and battery production.
