The Patient Advisor manages high-volume patient calls, schedules appointments, and maintains electronic patient records. They serve as a key administrative link between patients and physicians to ensure smooth office operations.
Candidates should have a high school diploma and at least 2 years of experience in a medical office environment. Experience in plastic surgery, dermatology, or with Nextech EMR is preferred.
The Patient Advisor will play a key role in the Administrative functioning of the business.
