The HR Generalist supports the full employee lifecycle, including recruiting, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives. They also maintain HR records, ensure compliance with federal contractor regulations, and provide data-driven insights through workforce reporting.
Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field and 3-5 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in HR laws, applicant tracking systems, and Microsoft Office is required, along with the ability to work in a hybrid office environment.
