The Lead Toddler Teacher is responsible for designing and executing curriculum-based lessons for children aged 18 to 38 months. They must lead assistant teachers, partner with parents, and maintain a safe, nurturing environment.
Candidates must have at least 2 years of childcare experience and hold a CDA in Infant/Toddler. Current MAT, First Aid, and CPR certifications are required, while an Associate Degree is preferred.
