We’re on the hunt for a dynamic, natural connector to join the Herschel Supply Co. Chinook Centre Store crew as a Sales Associate. If you thrive on meaningful connections and delivering standout service, this role puts you at the heart of it all. As a key player on our retail team, you’ll help create a welcoming, authentic, and elevated experience for every customer who walks through our doors. You’ll report to our Store Management & Key Holders - but more importantly, you’ll help bring the Herschel brand to life on the shop floor.
A DAY IN THE LIFE
At Herschel, no two days are the same - and that’s just how we like it. We’re a tight-knit, creative, and hands-on team that thrives in a fast-paced, supportive environment. As a Sales Associate, you’ll be right in the mix, making an impact from the moment the doors open.
Here’s what your day might look like:
Part-time team members are expected to be available for opening and closing shifts at least three times per week, with availability on at least one full weekend day. Part-time roles are typically 24 hours or less per week, but additional hours may be available based on customer traffic and business needs.
$16.50 - $17.00 per hour depending on experience
