The Sales Coordinator manages the entire sales order fulfillment process from entry through close-out, including customer communication and factory coordination. They are responsible for overseeing work orders, invoicing, and resolving punch list items to ensure timely delivery and installation.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite. Experience in customer service and the commercial furniture industry is considered an asset.
