About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst – FP&A & Analytics to help build HEN’s finance reporting and business intelligence capabilities. This role will be responsible for management reporting, KPI development, dashboard creation, and financial analytics that help leaders make better decisions across the company.

Working closely with finance leadership in the U.S. and India, you will help establish scalable reporting processes, automate financial reporting, and deliver timely, actionable insights across sales, operations, engineering, and finance. What You'll Do

• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reporting packages and performance dashboards.
  • Develop, maintain, and automate KPI reporting across revenue, gross margin, operating expenses, R&D, procurement, and cash flow.
  • Build and enhance business intelligence dashboards using Power BI, Tableau or similar visualization tools.
  • Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Support monthly budget-versus-actual reporting and variance analysis.
  • Partner with Accounting, Sales Ops, Operations, Engineering, and other teams to improve visibility into business performance.
  • Create recurring and ad hoc analyses to support business decisions and operational improvements.
  • Improve data quality, reporting processes, and reporting automation across systems and tools.
  • Assist in maintaining reporting datasets and financial models used by finance leadership.
  • Help establish scalable reporting infrastructure as the company grows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, business analytics, consulting, digital finance, or a related analytical role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize large amounts of data.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience working with financial and operational datasets.
  • Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar business intelligence platforms.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and financial reporting tools preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to present findings clearly to both finance and non-finance audiences.
  • Experience in a manufacturing, technology, SaaS, hardware, or high-growth startup environment is a plus.
  • Self-starter with a curiosity for data and a desire to continuously improve processes.
