The Head Teacher is responsible for leading engaging educational and fitness activities while ensuring program compliance with state and school regulations. They manage daily operations, including attendance and staffing, and maintain consistent communication with parents via the Playground App.
Candidates must possess a degree in Early Childhood Education, a CDA credential, or specific ECE credits combined with documented supervised experience. Additional requirements include medical clearance, the ability to lift 50 lbs, and strong interpersonal skills.

LOCATION: Union School in Union, CT
PAY: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
HOURS: 3:00 - 6:00 pm
Healthy Kids Programs provides childcare for school-age children (ages 5–12) enrolled in our program on the days and during the hours you work. Employer contributions cover the cost of care, so you can focus on your job while your child participates in a safe, structured, and engaging program, all without needing to arrange outside care.
