The Lead Teacher is responsible for planning and leading engaging educational activities while ensuring program compliance with state regulations. They oversee daily operations, manage staff, and maintain consistent communication with parents via the Playground App.
Candidates must possess a degree or credential in early childhood education combined with at least one to two years of teaching and supervision experience. Additional requirements include being medically cleared and capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.

LOCATION: Healthy Kids Programs Early Learning Center in New Windsor, NY
PAY: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
HOURS: Hours varying between 6:30 am - 6:30 pm, Monday - Friday
Healthy Kids Programs provides childcare for school-age children (ages 3–12) enrolled in program on the days and during the hours you work. Employer contributions cover the cost of care, so you can focus on your job while your child participates in a safe, structured, and engaging program, all without needing to arrange outside care.
