The Team Leader is responsible for recruiting, training, and supervising a mental health staff providing Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) to individuals with severe mental illness. Key duties include facilitating daily team meetings, managing 24/7 on-call coverage, and ensuring compliance with DACTS and HIPAA regulations.
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field and be a licensed Mental Health Professional. A minimum of three years of direct supervisory experience and current CPR/First Aid certification are required.
