The consultant will conduct needs-based sales of health and insurance products while providing exceptional face-to-face and telephone support to members. They are responsible for maintaining accurate membership records and resolving member issues effectively.
Candidates must have proven experience in needs-based selling and customer service environments with the ability to build rapport quickly. Proficiency in complex computer systems and a collaborative approach to teamwork are essential for this role.
As a Branch Member Consultant at HCF, you'll be the face of Australia's largest Not-For-Profit Health Fund! Your personal touch will help guide our members in making informed healthcare choices.
Location & Hours
This permanent, part-time position is based in our HCF Marion branch. Our ideal spread of hours is three days a week, working Monday to Wednesday, however we can be flexible depending on the successful candidate! Hours of work are 8:45 am to 5pm. You will also be required to work one to two Saturdays per month from with additional pay provided for these shifts.
Flexibility
We offer one Family & Friends Day and three additional flexible leave days each year, giving you more freedom to recharge, manage personal commitments, and maintain a healthy work-life balance.
Training
Please note there will be one week of training in our Head Office in Sydney on 7 September, with travel and accommodation arranged in advance. This training has been designed to help support you and your transition into this role. You will also be provided with consistent, ongoing coaching and support to help you succeed and build confidence.
Salary
Salaries start at $66K (pro rata) plus super plus incentive!

• Proven background in customer service environments, with the ability to build rapport quickly and confidently.
