Marketing Executive – HMC Portfolio
Reports to: Senior Marketing Manager
Brands: Haymarket Media Communication Brands (Campaign, PRWeek, Third Sector, In.Comms and Creative Review)

 

The Opportunity
Join the heart of Marcoms publishing. As a Marketing Executive, you will support some of the UK’s most influential media brands. From the definitive industry authority of Campaign and PRWeek to the celebrated artistry of Creative Review, your work will directly shape the narrative for the world's most influential communicators and creators.

 

This is a fast-paced role within a subscription-led model, perfect for a marketer who thrives on variety, data-driven results, and the opportunity to work in one of the UK’s most critical sectors.

Responsibilities

Core Responsibilities

You will work side-by-side with the Senior Marketing Manager to execute high-impact campaigns that drive revenue and brand engagement.

 

• Campaign Execution: Plan and deploy multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, social, web, and events) to drive new subscriptions and retain existing members.
• Revenue Growth: Support the delivery of commercial objectives through lead generation for the sales team and direct-to-consumer conversion tactics.
• Content Marketing: Collaborate with editorial teams to promote high-value content, clinical tools, and learning modules to our healthcare and non-healthcare audiences
• Performance Tracking: Monitor campaign KPIs, using data to optimise performance and report back on ROI to the Senior Marketing Manager.
• Brand Stewardship: Ensure all communications across the portfolio and maintain a high standard of professional accuracy and brand consistency.
• Collaboration: Act as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders, including Sales, Editorial, and Product teams.

 

Skills / Experience / Knowledge / Minimum Criteria

Experience & Skills:

• Marketing Foundation: Previous experience in a marketing role is ideal
• Digital Proficiency: Hands-on experience with email marketing and social media platforms
• Copywriting: A knack for writing clear, persuasive copy.
• Analytical Mindset: Comfortable working with spreadsheets and marketing data to spot trends and improvements.
• Adaptability: The ability to pivot between different brands and priorities in a fast-moving environment.
