Manage prime contracts and subcontracts to ensure all obligations are fulfilled while coordinating proposals and leading negotiations. Proactively identify financial, legal, and performance risks to inform management and ensure compliance with company policies.
Requires a Bachelor's degree with 4 years of experience or 6 years of directly related experience. Must have deep knowledge of FAR, DFAR, and various contract types (FFP, CPFF, etc.) and the ability to obtain a security clearance.
Summary: Hatalom Corporation is looking for a Contracts Manager to join our team. The Contracts Manager will manage prime contract and related subcontract activities to ensure that all requirements and obligations are fulfilled. Tasks include coordinating and submitting proposals with the Business Development team, leading negotiations with the Government and industry partners, and preparing contractual documents. Together with the Project Management Team, proactively anticipates, identifies, analyzes, and informs management of the financial, legal and performance risks that can impact success. Ensures Hatalom continues to manage its internal and external contractual obligations and keep management informed regarding performance under assigned Contracts/Subcontracts. This position typically exercises discretionary and substantial decision-making authority under limited supervision and direction.
